The challenge

Urinary incontinence commonly affects people of all ages with a range of symptoms and severity.

NICE guidelines suggest supervised pelvic floor muscle training with a pelvic health physiotherapist as first line treatment for stress or mixed urinary incontinence.

One of the biggest challenges for people with pelvic floor dysfunction is they find it difficult to remember to do their exercises.

Our solution

Squeezy was designed as a self-management app to help people with stress or mixed urinary incontinence to remember to do their pelvic floor muscle exercises (or Kegel exercises).

Squeezy comes pre-set with an exercise plan recommended by a pelvic health physiotherapist that follows NICE guidelines.

Originally launched for women, Squeezy now has dedicated versions supporting women, men and people with Cystic Fibrosis and is one of the top paid medical apps in the UK.

Featured in the NHS Apps Library and available for purchase on the Apple or Google Play app stores for £2.99.

What our users have to say

Having used the app for well over a month I am feeling so confident that with continued use I shouldn’t have any bladder control problems or muscle issues with my lady bits. Galeness, Apple App Store

My record of doing my exercises before this App was appalling and as a consequence I saw only slight improvement. Now I am doing them properly every day!

MBaker67, Apple App Store

A must for every woman. Absolutely fantastic app. Already feeling results after just a couple of weeks.

Pollster222, Apple App Store

Squeezy is very easy to use. Recommended by my healthcare provider – would recommend to EVERY women needing to do their pelvic floor exercises.

Gillian Redman, Google Play Store

Fabulous. Nothing I have tried has worked before to remind me to do pelvic floor exercises. I’m no longer getting up at night to pee.

A Google User, Google Play Store

Visual aid helps me focus on the squeeze. Very handy that you can write notes on how your exercises went or any problems you faced. Very easy to use and set up.
